Blog Audit

Complete audit of your website to comply with Spain's Law 11/2023 and WCAG 2.1 AA.

In 5–7 business days you get a report your whole team can understand, with every issue, its legal impact, and how much it costs to fix. No jargon, no 200-page PDFs, no smoke.

one thousand two hundred euros

For websites with up to 8 unique pages.

Larger sites: fixed quote in 24 h, no surprises.

Not optional. Not for 2030. Right now.

Since June 28, 2025, Spain's Law 11/2023 requires thousands of companies to make their websites accessible. The vast majority haven't. And this is not a small problem.

  • one million euros

    Real fines

The sanctioning regime of RDL 1/2013 is already in force. Spanish regions can inspect. Disability associations are already filing real cases.

  • January 2025

    Locked out of public tenders

If you work or want to work with the Spanish public sector, it's no longer optional. RD 193/2023 applies to every supplier since this date.

  • four point seven million

Customers who can't use your site

People with disabilities in Spain. If your ecommerce, your booking system or your form fails with a screen reader, those customers go to your competition.

Auditing your website is not a compliance whim. It's what separates the companies that are ready from those who will end up with the fine, the lawsuit, or both.

A clear report. A closed roadmap. Zero jargon.

This is what you receive when the audit is done, in 5–7 business days, in a single document anyone on your team can read.

  • 01

    Executive summary

A 2-page summary with your site's real compliance level, the specific legal risk you carry today, and the priorities to resolve it. Designed for management to understand without being technical.

  • 02

Catalog of findings by WCAG criterion

Every issue documented with screenshot, violated WCAG criterion, severity level, and affected page or component. No gratuitous jargon, enough detail for your tech team to act.

  • 03

    Prioritized remediation plan

Every finding with its concrete solution, estimated effort in hours, and the optimal order to resolve it. You know what to fix first, how long it takes, and how much it costs.

  • 04

    Accessibility statement ready to publish

Legal document written under Spain's RD 1112/2018 with your real compliance level. You publish it on your site and start meeting the formal requirement from day one.

  • 05

    Results presentation meeting

A one-hour video call to review the report with you and your team, answer questions and prioritize actions. I don't send a PDF and disappear.

5 phases. 7 days. Zero improvisation.

From the moment you confirm the audit to the moment you get the report in your inbox, this is the process. You know at every step where we are and what I need from you.

  1. 01

    DAY 0 · 30 MIN

    Briefing and access

A short call to understand your site: type of business, unique templates, integrations, private areas if any, accesses I'll need. If there's something specific you're worried about, we mark it as a priority focus.

What I need from you: 30 minutes on a video call and access credentials if applicable.

  2. 02

    DAYS 1-2

    Automated analysis and mapping

I run tools (axe, Lighthouse, Pa11y) on the selected templates. I map the site's structure, identify critical components and flows to evaluate. I generate the first inventory of automated findings.

What I need from you: nothing. I work, you keep on with your stuff.

  3. 03

    DAYS 3-5

    Manual and technical evaluation

70% of the real work. Keyboard navigation, screen reader checks with NVDA and VoiceOver, color contrast validation, focus visibility, forms, ARIA, error messages. Every finding documented with screenshot, WCAG criterion and impact level.

What I need from you: nothing. If something critical comes up, I'll let you know right away.

  4. 04

    DAY 6

    Report writing and remediation plan

I structure all findings in the final document: executive summary, catalog by criterion, prioritized plan with estimated hours, accessibility statement. I review twice before delivering.

What I need from you: nothing. What I need from myself: rigor.

  5. 05

    DAY 7 · 1 H

    Delivery and presentation meeting

I send you the full report. We schedule a 1-hour video call to review it with you and your team, prioritize actions and resolve doubts. From here, you decide: you apply it yourself, we apply it together, or we continue with the remediation plan.

What I need from you: 1 hour on a video call and the team involved.

What people usually ask before hiring.

How long does the audit take exactly?

5-7 business days from the initial briefing. Most audits I deliver in 5. Larger sites can require up to 7.

What if my site has more than 8 unique pages?

I send you a fixed quote in 24 hours based on the real volume. No surprises, no negotiation. Tiers go by size brackets, not by hour worked.

Does the audit include implementing the corrections?

No. The audit is only the diagnosis: I deliver the full report with every finding and the remediation plan. Implementation is optional, with a separate quote, and only if you decide I do it.

Do I need anything ready before starting?

Just access to your site (if it has private areas or staging). If you don't have any of that, even better: the audit is faster.

Can I apply the corrections myself?

Yes. The report is designed so your technical team can act on it directly. If you have an in-house developer or agency, you hand them the document and they apply it.

Does this fulfill the legal requirement of Law 11/2023?

Yes. The audit includes the accessibility statement drafted under RD 1112/2018, ready to publish on your site. It meets the formal evaluation requirement of the regulation.

How is it invoiced?

50% at confirmation of the audit start, 50% at report delivery. Formal invoice with VAT, valid for deduction.

What if your audit misses something and I get reported later?

I work with WCAG 2.1 AA + EN 301549 methodology. It's the legal standard in Spain. If a finding slips and appears later, I fix it at no additional cost within 60 days after report delivery.

Tell me about your site and I'll answer in 24 hours.

Once you have the scope clear, I send you a fixed proposal by email. No mandatory meetings, no pressure. If you decide to go ahead, we set a start date.

I reply within 24 hours. Business days.
