Services Blog Audit

Four ways to work together. All at a fixed price.

From a 48-hour review to keeping your site compliant month after month. You choose where to start, and none of them commits you to the next one.

All prices exclude VAT. None of them has a lock-in period.

Service and pricing catalogue

  • Express diagnosis

I review your homepage and the three journeys where money actually leaks: the one that buys, the one that books and the one that fills in the form. In 48 hours you know what's broken and who you're locking out.

Who it's for: For anyone who suspects there's a problem and wants it confirmed before investing properly.

    two hundred and ninety euros

    48 working hours

    What's included

    • Homepage and up to 3 critical journeys, quick pass along the main path
    • The 10 highest-impact findings, prioritised — if I find more, I tell you how many
    • Short PDF report, no jargon
    • 20-minute call to go through it
    Request the diagnosis

The diagnosis locates what is costing you most; it does not evaluate the 50 WCAG criteria or deliver the compliance document — that is what the audit is for. The €290 is paid in full when you book, and the clock starts there. It is deducted in full if you book the audit within the following 30 days.

  • Full audit

The complete diagnosis of your site against WCAG 2.1 AA and Law 11/2023, with a prioritised remediation plan and the compliance document ready to publish.

Who it's for: For anyone who already knows they're covered by the law and needs the full diagnosis, not a sample.

from one thousand two hundred euros

    5-7 working days

    What's included

    • Executive report that management can read
    • Catalogue of findings by WCAG criterion
    • Prioritised remediation plan
    • Compliance document ready to publish
    • 1-hour presentation meeting
    • Verification of the fixes once your team applies them, with the document updated
    • Essential

      €1,200

Your site informs and people contact you. No buying, no booking, no login.

    • Commercial

      €2,200

People can buy, book or request an appointment. That process is audited in full, start to finish.

    • Complex

      Quote within 24 h

Several of those processes, a private area with login, or an unusually large site.

    See the audit in detail

Auditing “every” page isn't how it's done: WCAG-EM 2.0 evaluates the whole site from a representative sample, and the report lists every URL evaluated one by one. I verify the size in your sitemap myself.

  • Remediation

I fix what the audit found. Three fixed tiers, and you pick the one you want: nobody forces you to go all the way.

Who it's for: For anyone without an available technical team, or with one that would rather not spend the next few weeks on this.

from one thousand eight hundred euros

    Depends on tier

    • Essential

      €1,800

The blocking findings: whatever stops someone completing a purchase, submitting a form or navigating by keyboard today.

    • Complete

      €3,400

Blocking and serious findings. Your main journeys stop pushing people out along the way.

    • AA conformance

      €5,900

Every finding in the report until the audited scope reaches WCAG 2.1 AA.

    Talk about remediation

The tier is agreed once the audit is done and we know the real volume. Fixed price before a single line of code is touched. If you would rather have your own team fix things, verifying their fixes is already included in the audit.

  • Ongoing compliance

Websites change. Plugins update, marketing uploads content, deploys break things. I review yours every month so what you fixed stays fixed.

Who it's for: For anyone who has already invested in becoming compliant and doesn't want to start over in a year.

one hundred and forty-nine or three hundred and forty-nine euros per month

    Monthly, no lock-in

    • Review

      €149/month

Monthly review, a heads-up on what broke, and your compliance document always up to date.

    • Review and fixes

      €349/month

The above, plus 4 monthly hours of fixes applied by me. What breaks gets fixed, with no separate quote.

    Talk about ongoing compliance

Requires a prior audit: without a diagnosis there's no way to know what to review each month or how to prioritise it.

Four things you won't find here.

Worth saying before you ask, because the industry is full of all four.

  • Accessibility overlays and widgets

That floating button promising to fix everything with one line of script. It doesn't touch the code, it hides the problem, and in the United States there are lawsuits against sites that had one installed. If you have one, I'll tell you to remove it.

  • Conformance seals and certificates

Neither Law 11/2023 nor RD 1112/2018 provides for an official seal that anyone can issue you. What does exist is the accessibility statement or information that you publish and that you answer for. That I do deliver, written and ready.

  • Open-ended retainers with no scope

A monthly fee nobody can define ends up being a monthly fee that covers nothing. Everything on this page has a written scope and a fixed price before we start.

  • Automated-only audits

Tools find some of the problems, never all of them: they catch contrast, but not focus getting lost halfway through your form, nor a screen reader announcing your buy button as “empty link”. That only shows up navigating by hand. An axe report exported to PDF is not an audit.

What everyone asks.

How does billing work?

50% on confirmation and 50% on delivery. Formal invoice with VAT, valid for deduction. Ongoing compliance is billed monthly in arrears. The express diagnosis is the exception: it is paid in full up front, in a single payment.

What is the difference between the express diagnosis and the audit?

Depth, and what you take away. The diagnosis walks your homepage and up to three journeys along their main path and gives you the 10 findings costing you most: it answers "do I have a problem, and how big?". The audit evaluates the 50 WCAG 2.1 AA criteria over a documented sample, audits every complete process including its error states, and delivers the remediation plan and the compliance document the law requires: it answers "what am I missing, and how do I close it?". That is why one costs €290 and the other from €1,200.

Can I book remediation without the audit?

If you bring me a recent and sufficiently detailed accessibility report, yes. If you don't have one, the audit is the prior step: you can't seriously fix what hasn't been diagnosed.

How do I know which tier my site falls into?

By what people can do on it. If it only informs and receives enquiries, Essential. If people can buy, book or request an appointment, Commercial. If there are several of those processes or a private area with login, a fixed quote within 24 hours. I verify the size in your sitemap — you don't have to count pages.

Do you work with my in-house team or my agency?

Yes, and that's the most common setup. The report is written so any technical profile can act on it directly. If you'd rather they apply it, that's fine: I audit, and then I review the result.

What if you miss a finding?

It depends on the service. In the audit: if a finding within the audited scope slips past me, I document it and correct the report at no cost within 60 days of delivery. In remediation: if a fix fails the test it was verified with, I redo it at no cost within that same period. The express diagnosis does not carry this guarantee: by design it is a top 10, not a complete evaluation; what I do guarantee is that every finding is confirmed and reproducible.

Not sure which one you need?

Tell me what you have and I will tell you which step makes sense to start from. No commitment, no PowerPoints.
